Deposits

To ensure every guest receives a seamless, high-quality experience, a 50% deposit is required to reserve all appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer that time to another guest.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Post-Appointment Adjustments

Your experience and results matter to me. If a small adjustment is needed within two weeks following your appointment, I’m always happy to make it right.
